Our Programs
Our program offerings are designed to bring our Networked Impact Model to life by turning shared purpose into collective progress. By working together across hundreds of partner organizations, we achieve more than any single group could alone. Our five interwoven strategies: mobilizing the field, uncovering barriers, enhancing learning, fostering innovation, and sharing what works, come to life through the following programs:
Annual Partner Summit
Annual Partner Summit
The Beyond100K Partner Summit is our flagship gathering, bringing together leaders from 230+ organizations across sectors to take collective action on the STEM teacher shortage. Through peer-led sessions, cross-sector collaboration, and insights from national thought leaders, the Summit fuels connection, learning, and progress toward a future where all students belong and thrive in STEM.
Teacher Forum
Teacher Forum
The Beyond100K Teacher Forum is a national network of STEM teachers who share their on-the-ground experiences to help shape the future of STEM education. Members join virtual listening sessions, connect with fellow STEM educators, and contribute their voice to a movement aimed at ending the STEM teacher shortage—especially for students historically excluded from STEM opportunities. Forum members hold a unique leadership role within our network of 200+ STEM organizations and help ensure teachers are heard where decisions are made.
Project Teams
Project Teams
Project Teams are one of the ways we build trust, learn together, and solve problems that matter across the Beyond100K network. Led entirely by partners, these small, cross-organizational teams take on projects aligned with our highest-leverage opportunities—or Keystones—while centering belonging for Black, Latine, Indigenous, and other historically excluded communities in STEM. Each project supports the core work of participating organizations and is designed so others in the network can learn from and build on what’s created, whether that’s a framework, resource, or tool.
Implementation Grants
Implementation Grants
Implementation Grants provide flexible funding for partners to bring promising, network-generated solutions to life in their local contexts. These grants help partners adapt ideas with belonging at the center, turning shared insights into real progress for students and communities.
Collaboration Grants
Collaboration Grants
Collaboration Grants support in-person learning and partnership-building across the Beyond100K network. These small grants cover travel and meeting expenses for two or more partner organizations to connect, learn from one another, and explore or deepen collaborations. Whether you’re sharing lessons learned, co-designing solutions, or getting a firsthand look at each other’s work, these grants are here to help spark meaningful, lasting impact.
Keystone Fellows
Keystone Fellows
Keystone Fellows play a key role in shaping how the network advances our highest-leverage opportunities—our keystones. Fellows serve as community builders, network weavers, and advocates for those tackling keystone challenges, while partnering closely with Beyond100K staff.
Community Conversations
Community Conversations
60–75 minute peer-to-peer learning sessions focused on the key issues shaping our shared work. Each session spotlights topics driven by the collective interests and priorities of the Beyond100K network.
CoLab
CoLab
CoLabs are an opportunity for Beyond100K network partners to come together with one another and with Beyond100K to engage in collective learning, experimentation, and problem-solving design.
Our Themes
These themes reflect the most critical levers for lasting change in STEM education and guide the way we organize and approach our work across the network. They emerged from our co-created system map, which helped us identify the core barriers—what we call Keystones—that hold the greatest potential for transformative impact.
